AthHalf: Half Marathon in Athens, GA

WoW! Boot Camp and Athens Road Runners have developed a Half Marathon Training Plan for beginners. The plan includes 8 Group Training Runs (FREE!) scheduled for Saturdays throughout the months leading up to the race.

AthHalf training runs will depart promptly at 7:00am from the Athens YMCA parking lot, so please arrive early to sign in for our giveaways and email list – to receive updates and training route info. There will be water stop(s) along the training route, which will incorporate parts of the AthHalf race course. Please bring your own “nutrition”- i.e. gels.

Lose weight, cross-train AND prepare to run the Athens Half Marathon with our accountability experts. Register for WoW! Boot Camp and receive a complete AthHalf training program that will incorporate 3 total body, strength building, fat burning WoW! workouts a week in conjunction with our infamous free AthHalf Saturday runs at 7am from the YMCA.
