MEN'S EDITION!
WoW! Boot Camp Men's Edition is a great way to kick-start your exercise program - regardless of your current fitness level! We offer 1 hour of training a day - 2 days a week - for 4 weeks. We meet Tuesday & Thursday at the Athens YMCA. Time: 5:30-6:30am. (YES!!!! 5:30am. The NO EXCUSE hour!)
Each session consists of weight and circuit training, cardio and jogging.

Michael Williams, VP of WoW! Fitness Group, is a group fitness instructor, running coach and Life & Wellness Coach. He is an accomplished marathon runner and triathlete.
Michael is the husband of April Williams, founder of WoW! Fitness Group. Michael and April share a mission and desire to provide people with a pathway to a fitter and healthier lifestyle.
